NewsDisplay celebrates King family history in Stockbridge

The city of Stockbridge proudly honors the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Sr., affectionately known as Daddy King. Throughout the month of February, Black History Month, community members can visit the comprehensive display which highlights the life of the renowned public figure who was born and raised in the city of Stockbridge. The educational display, coordinated by the Stockbridge Main Street Program, is free and open to the public at the Cochran Public Library in Stockbridge. The Stockbridge Main Street Program is proud to partner with the Henry County Library System for the community initiative, stated officials.
